Our Story
Joel Eidem starting working in the tech industry in 1985 and founded JNS Services Inc. in 2007. With more than 40 years of experience and attention to customer service JNS Services Inc. is proud to still be a small-business able to support and maintain their values for the workplace and the consumer. Joel is still the main technician and personally enjoys working with consumers and repairs alike.
For JNS Services Inc. it isn’t all about what the job is, but it is about why and how the job is done. Joel has always valued community and integrity with good work ethic. Joel personally has helped do the repairs of more than 60 companies in the Minnesota Twin Cities area in the last few years alone. Storing back up parts and rental scanners built from spare parts was something he started doing to help out customers in need of fast repairs and units for while the repair process was occurring when it was needed. JNS Services Inc. and Joel Eidem’s vision is to provide expert advice, repairs, and knowledge as an industry expert, but to never forget where they came from or who the customer is. Each individual customer to them is like family, being from the Midwest his whole life, Joel can’t imagine a life without people who are “Minnesota and Midwest Nice.”
