Joel Eidem, the founder and current President of JNS Services Inc. has more than 40 years of industry experience starting in 1985. Joel cares about this industry and his business relationships with his customers. He personally handles each individual unit and believes customer should be able to contact a human being, not an answering service or automatted assistant. Once you send in a RMA form we will receive it, send you a free quote and an approval to ship to our location.
Send box with your device to our location
Package your device(s) securely and ship to our location. As soon as we receive it we start the repair process for the agreed upon quoted price.
We send back your device fixed ASAP (As soon as 24 hours)
As soon as the repair is complete we package your device securely and ship it back to you.
